The film is set in Rajasthan. Mitali (Mahima Choudhary) is married to an old and rich businessman (Gulshan Grover). One day a young man Raj (Vikram Singh) enters their lives. Both get attracted to each other. Things start getting out of hand. But one day Raj realises his mistake. He tells the entire happening to his bhabhi(Padmini Kolhapure). She advises him to forget Mitali and Raj obeys her. After some time enters Gulshan Grover's daughter Sapna (Kiran Rathod). Raj falls in love with Sapna. Mitali is the step-mother of Sapna. There are lots of complications and ego-clashes.
