Daksh Mittal (Emraan Hashmi) is a rich heir who is slated to marry another girl and can inherit millions only if he weds her. Jiya unfortunately is a poor bargirl with a mentally retarded brother. The story is all about whether Daksh Mittal becomes Richie Rich, Devdas or Romeo.
