If your shipping address is different from your billing address please ensure to change with your billing address.

REGULAR SHIPPING:
All orders received under the heading of "REGULAR" are dispatched from UK by Royal Mail First Class or from India by Indian Post provided your payment has been pre authorized and the products ordered are subject to availability.
SIGN FOR SERVICE:
All orders received under the heading of "SIGN FOR SERVICE" are dispatched from UK by Royal Mail ‘RECORDED DELIVERY’ or ‘SPECIAL DELIVERY’.
Product sent from India will be dispatch by "SIGN FOR SERVICE" from Indian Postal Services.
All orders are dispatched subject to availability and also subject to payment having been pre-authorized. All pending items will be ship by REGULAR Post. We do not ship on Weekend and Bank Holidays.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING:
Shipping Cost to countries other than the United Kingdom would depend on the weight of the package and destination. All orders are mailed through the Postal Services in the UK and INDIA. Order received under REGULAR SHIPPING will be dispatched by ordinary Air Mail or international "Sign For Service", where customers will be issued with tracking number. However, we do not take responsibility for customs duty levied on the merchandise dispatched.

V.A.T on Goods Sold by Audiorec.co.uk
V.A.T stands for Value Added Tax, which is charged on goods sold by Audiorec.co.uk within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, Audiorec.co.uk is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU.
The amounts displayed for goods sold by Audiorec.co.uk are excluding of UK V.A.T. However, your final price may differ depending on the actual VAT rate that applies to your order. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of applicable V.A.T before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order information (including your shipping address).
V.A.T for UK and EU customers
For items that are shipped to addresses within the UK and EU, the UK V.A.T rate 17.5% will apply. The V.A.T rate on delivery reflects the V.A.T rate of the items we are sending you.
No V.A.T will apply on Books and Magazines.
Customers outside the V.A.T territory of the EU, such as the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Aldernay), Canary Islands and Aland Islands
These territories are outside of the European Union for V.A.T purposes and no V.A.T will be applying to these territories.
Customers outside of the EU
Goods sold by Audiorec.co.uk that are dispatched to addresses outside of the European Union are generally not subject to EU V.A.T. When ordering goods from Audiorec.co.uk for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Audiorec.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Indian Music 4U will accept the Money Orders, Banker's Draft, Cheque or Postal Orders from the Consumer in good faith and will dispatch the order subject to realization.

Return Policy
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of items bought in original packing can be returned within seven working days of the day after the date the order is received.
Returns after seven working days will not be accepted. Items opened cannot be returned. Items must be return in original over-wrapped by company. Repacked item are not acceptable. Refund will be issued within 30 days on purchase of goods only and not on shipping.
Returning items must be send by 'Recorded Delivery' for order value under £28, "Special Delivery" for order value above £28 for a UK address and 'International Sign For' by Europe and World Customers. Audiorec.co.uk does not take any responsibility for loss of items if sent by regular mail.
Postage and packaging charges on Returns items are not refundable unless the error made by our part.

Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellation of order must be received by e-mail within 24 Hours from the date and time of placing of order.
Cancellation of Order receiving after the order has been dispatched refund will not be made till we receive goods as per our "Return Policy".
Error in Selection
If an incorrect "STORE" OR “COUNTRY” is selected, order will not be processes and refund will be made deducting 10% of total value of order towards cost of admin charges. 10% Admin charges will be reimbursed if we receive order from correct STATE within 24 hours.

Normally you should receive your order between 3 to 5 working days in UK and 7 to 10 working days in overseas from the date of shipping.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
You will be notifying by e-mail once your order is dispatched. Any order lost in transit will be reimbursed once we have settled the claim with Royal Mail. As per the terms and condition of Royal Mail we cannot submit a claim prior to 15 working days for UK addresses and 25 working days for International address from the date of shipping.
